What to include

To help you fast, tell us your phone model, your Android version, and exactly what went wrong: which page you were on, what you tapped, and what you saw. Screenshots help a lot.

Broken download links

Download links are monitored, but if you ever hit a dead one, report it and it jumps to the front of the queue. Include the page URL where you found it.

Response time

We read everything. Most messages get a reply within two working days; broken-link reports are usually handled the same day.
